Dear Saint Andrew Catholic Community, Saint Andrew Catholic School has a rich reputation of over 70 years of excellence in Catholic education in the Diocese of Fort Worth. This legacy remains today as the school continues to enjoy significant growth in both the physical campus as well as enrollment. We are committed to forming students in the Catholic faith through intentional faith experiences, and dedicated, highly skilled teachers and staff who challenge students to academic excellence through a rigorous, traditional Catholic curriculum.
To support that growth, we have welcomed additional teachers and staff members, expanded our learning support services, opened additional classrooms at certain grade-levels and continue to keep the safety of our entire school community a priority with the full-time presence of school resource officers, all of whom are current Fort Worth Police Department officers.
Explanation of New Tuition Rates
As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, I want to share the thoughtful planning that has gone into next year’s budget. Each year, we carefully evaluate our finances to ensure we can maintain competitive teacher compensation, plan for necessary repairs, and address unforeseen expenses, similar to managing a household budget. The growth of our school has been a blessing, as reflected in increased enrollment and the need for additional staff. This growth has resulted in an 18% increase in compensation and benefits, underscoring our commitment to providing a high-quality education for your children. Despite these challenges, tuition for the 2025-2026 school year will increase by only $100, which is less than 1%. Furthermore, registration and application fees will remain unchanged.
While we cannot guarantee tuition increases will always remain this low, we are pleased to offer this modest adjustment for the upcoming year while ensuring the long-term sustainability of our school.
We remain deeply committed to making Catholic education accessible and affordable while upholding the high standards of excellence you expect for your children. Competing Rates Unlike many competing schools, Saint Andrew Catholic School provides technology and textbooks at no additional cost to families. Our registration fee continues to be lower than the average registration fees of most Catholic schools, and our tuition remains significantly lower than that of private schools both locally and nationally (see attachment).
For returning students, Saint Andrew follows a continuous enrollment system. This means we will assume that your student will return unless you notify administration in writing that they will not. All families in good financial standing will automatically progress into the next year; the non- refundable registration fee will be billed to your FACTS account on Monday, January 27th and withdrawn from your FACTS account on Monday, February 10th, unless written notice is received by 3:00PM on Wednesday, February 5th that your student will not return for the 2025-2026 school year.
Students currently enrolled in the PK3 and PK4 programs, Traditional or Montessori, will automatically progress to the same Traditional or Montessori program next year. Parents who wish to make a change to their child’s current program for next year should complete the form found here by Monday, February 3, 2025.
All new students, including new sibling students, will need to complete an online application and submit that along with the non-refundable application fee. Please feel free to contact the registrar, Mrs. Murphy ([email protected]), with any enrollment or registration questions. Please contact the school business manager, Mrs. Anna Martinez ([email protected]), with any registration fee or tuition payment questions.
Thank you for your continued commitment to the Saint Andrew Catholic School Community. We are honored to partner with you in the education and formation of your child. We understand that as parents, one of the most important decisions you make is investing in an education for your children. We believe a Catholic education best forms students to be prepared academically and spiritually to be adults who know, defend, and evangelize our faith and are successful in their vocations, careers, and in life.
We look forward to a great 2025-2026 school year filled with continued opportunities for our students to develop academically and well-formed in our Catholic faith.
